Following the ups and downs of growers pushing back against our broken food system, and one organisation's quest to feed the whole of Monmouthshire on 1200 acres. Filmed with farmers and landseekers during Spring/Summer 2023, I've learnt a lot about the lack of value placed on food and the people who produce it, and the challenges that are only going to get worse with time - countered by the hope and determination of those who are prepared to get their hands dirty and turn things around, one acre at a time.
